The Ministry of Human Settlements and Development in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao shall undertake, in cooperation with the private sector and foreign institutions, on a piloting basis, housing and community development which are made available at affordable cost, decent housing and basic services to the underprivileged and homeless citizens, the victims of calamities and conflicts, former MILF combatants, families of Shuhadas’ (martyrs), internally displaced persons (IDPs) and other needy sectors in the Bangsamoro urban/rural and island communities and settlement areas by 2022.
