Guided by the sense of decency, sacrifice and humanity, the Ministry, shall conscientiously formulate, execute and enforce policies on land use, real estate development and home owners associations in order to promote the interest and needs of the Bangsamoro stakeholders and establish well-planned and decent, self-sufficient and Allah-conscious Bangsamoro communities by providing adequate, safe, secure, habitable, resilient and affordable homes.
